We get, that sometimes when you shop online, the awesome gear you ordered is not what you expected :( whether its the colour, the size or the item arrived damaged. If you are not happy when your goods arrive please contact us as soon as possible, to notify us what the problem is so we can do one of the following for you :

  • Offer a full refund on the purchase price of your goods.
  • Offer you a replacement, repair, different size or colour, depending on the issue.
  • Issue a credit that your can use in one of our stores or at a later date on the site.

The choice is yours and we are happy to grant any of the above options within 14 days of you receiving the items. We will also give you details of how to send the item back to us after you contact us with the problem. Hopefully this never has to happen.
